Williamsburg Chicken

Update: The chicken dish turned out great. I didn't put the almonds in, added a few dry bread crumbs, and sprinkled shredded cheese on the top. I'll try it again sometime to take to a church covered dish meal.

Here's a recipe I found on Nancyland that I plan to fix for supper tonight.

Williamsburg Chicken

2-3 cups cooked chicken
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
3 boiled eggs
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg. slivered almonds-optional
2 cups crushed potato chips

Mix all together- (save a few chips & almonds for top)

Bake @ 350 for 25 minutes. Can be served hot or cold.
