I made a loaf of bread machine bread last night, using the following ingredients:

¾ cup water
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
2 teaspoons salt
1 very ripe banana
4 cups bread flour
handful of whole almonds
2 ½ tsp bread machine yeast

It looked great until it reached the top of the machine against the glass, then sank several inches. It tastes fine, but I think I should have used 2 to 2 1/4 teaspoons of yeast instead of 2 1/2 teaspoons.
