As I suspected, that turkey pot pie had too many calories for me to eat in the evening and I gained back .8 of a pound.

It is still raining this morning. It is 5:40 as I write this.
I took my Boniva at 5:00 a.m. and must wait an hour before eating breakfast.

I read Genesis 15, Psalm 15, and Matthew 15.

It is hard to imagine half of the first month of 2010 is already over…or will be when this day is finished.
