I had a cup of coffee, a bowl of oatmeal, and a slice of whole grain bread, buttered, for breakfast.

We had light rain off and on throughout the day.

Sis and I went to Snoga’s for lunch. I had meat loaf, carrots, cucumber salad, and mixed fruit salad, with a slice of wheat bread. For supper I had a container of yogurt and an apple. Later I had a peanut butter sandwich on cinnamon-raisin bread.

The phone bill came today.

I read Genesis 13, Psalm 13, and Matthew 13.
